Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling
Weekday bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule
Weekend bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
Requests made outside of these timeframes may incur a fee.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made within the notice period are non-refundable
Rescheduling may not be guaranteed and is subject to availability
No-shows
Failure to attend your booking will result in 100% of the booking fee being charged.
Weekend bookings
Due to high demand, weekend bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion but is not guaranteed.
Overtime
If you exceed your booking time, additional charges will apply.
This will be charged at your hourly rate or the nearest time increment.
Event bookings (if applicable)
For larger bookings or events:
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance
Late cancellations are non-refundable
