1. General

By booking and using ARIA Creative Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all bookings, users and visitors of the studio.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our booking system or agreed in writing

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking

  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received

3. Studio use

  • Bookings must include your full set-up and tidy-up time

  • The studio must be vacated promptly at the end of your booking

  • Overtime may be charged if you exceed your allocated time

You are responsible for:

  • Leaving the space in the condition it was found

  • Any damage caused during your booking

  • Your team, clients and guests

4. Equipment & props

All included equipment, props and furniture must be used with care.

Any damage, loss or excessive wear may result in additional charges.

5. Capacity

Bookings must remain within a reasonable number of people for the size of the studio.

If you are planning a larger team, please contact us in advance.

6. Safety

  • No illegal or unsafe activities are permitted

  • Fire exits must remain clear at all times

  • Any hazardous materials must be approved in advance

7. Liability

ARIA Creative Studios is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings

  • Injury sustained during your booking (unless caused by negligence)

You use the studio at your own risk.

8. Access

Access details will be provided prior to your booking.

You must not share access information with anyone outside your booking.

9. Right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if:

  • The space is being misused

  • Terms are breached

  • There are safety concerns

10. Changes to bookings

All cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy (see below).

11. Updates

We may update these terms at any time.
